If you have not received the email with the Productivity Coach's new account information you can retrieve it by submitting a password reset request. A link will be sent to the Password Recovery Email Address that will allow you to reset the password for the PC. That Password Recovery Email Address should be the Market Center's KLRWxxx@kw.com, but be sure to verify it in the CommandMC Associates Applet first:
Follow the steps to find the Recovery Email Address. When searching for the account, in the associate list, it should be formatted as:
First Name: Pro Coach A
Last Name: MC#### (enter your Market Center number after "MC" and add zeros to keep it in a four digit format: MC0027)
- The A represents the first PC account. When/if another account is requested, it will be formatted as:
First Name: Pro Coach B
Last Name: MC#### (enter your Market Center number after "MC" - add zeros to keep it in a four digit format: MC0027)
The Password Recovery Email Address should be the Market Center's KLRWxxx@kw.com in order to receive a password reset email and link (the Email and the Password Recovery Email cannot be the same email address).
Once the Password Recovery Email Address has been confirmed, please follow the steps below to reset the password for the account:
1. Select Forgot Password, below the Sign In button.
2. Enter the KW Username, then click Submit.
- You can find the Username in the General Information section, of the Associate Record.
3. Doing this will send a password reset email to the Recovery Email address.
4. Follow the prompts in the email to create a brand new password for the account.

If you don't meet these guidelines when creating a password, you'll receive an error message. Take a moment to review and adjust your password following the guidelines above for better security.

5. Once the password is successfully reset, you should be able to log in with the new credentials immediately.
