What is the Keller Williams Relocation Community?

KW Relocation provides a community environment designed to train, equip, and support agents in growing their business and profitability within the relocation niche. As a referral-enhanced community, we look to create additional opportunities for agents through resources that include both live and on-demand training opportunities, industry-recognized certifications, events, masterminds, and more.

Members also gain access to exclusive marketing assets, a relocation-specific CRM, and powerful tools built to help them scale.

Who can join KW Relocation?

Pro-Certified Elite Membership

• Active Keller Williams license and in good standing
• $50K+ GCI in the last 12 months
• Minimum of 4 closed transactions in the last 12 months
• Maximum of 5 Pro-Certified Elite members per Market Center (dependent on volume)
  
  

Referral Network Membership

• Active Keller Williams license and in good standing

Is there a minimum commitment? 

Pro-Certified Elite Membership: Yes. A six (6) month minimum commitment is required due to the value of the included GRTS Relocation Certifications.

Referral Network Membership: No. There is no minimum commitment for joining the KW Relocation Referral Network.

How do I become GRTS Relocation Certified?

Complete the four certification courses and pass the exams offered as part of the Pro-Certified Elite membership.

Are referral opportunities guaranteed?  

No. We cannot guarantee any volume of referral opportunities as the industry continues to ebb & flow.  However, KW Relocation has grown 35% year-over-year. KW Relocation equips agents with the tools, training, and resources to maximize the opportunity for referrals. Capture and conversion rates will depend on individual efforts and engagement in training as well as the necessity to maintain the GRTS Relocation Certifications annually. 

What is the difference between Pro-Certified Elite and Referral Network Membership?

The Pro-Certified Elite Membership ($199/mo.) is designed for agents who want to specialize in corporate relocation referral opportunities. It includes the GRTS Relocation Certification program, monthly learning series and masterminds with our Relocation Directors and guest speakers, customized marketing assets and eligibility for corporate relocation referral opportunities. Pro-Certified Elite members also receive relocation department transaction management support, branded marketing assets, a comprehensive resource library, profitability training, Benefits Hub access, concierge utility setup service, a CRM profile, and access to an exclusive social media platform to collaborate with other relocation specialists.

The Referral Network Membership ($99/mo.) is open to all KW agents with no production requirements. It provides eligibility for referral network leads and KW Relocation aggregate (non-corporate) referrals (volume not guaranteed), relocation department case management support, access to limited branded marketing assets, a curated resource library, limited training to strengthen referral conversion, Benefits Hub with preferred vendor recommendations, concierge utility setup service, and a KW Relocation CRM profile.

In short, Pro-Certified Elite offers advanced certification, training, corporate referral eligibility, and premium resources, while the Referral Network provides foundational access to place and receive referrals, open to any KW agent of any specialization.
