In the Transactions Applet, you have the ability to view all listings associated with your Market Center. These can be listings that have fed from the MLS feed or internal listings, either created by an agent or leadership. To help you find specific listings, there is search and filter functionality that you can use to narrow the list.
To find your agents' listings in CommandMC:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click CommandMC.
3. Click to access the Transactions Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. Click the Listings tab, at the top of the page.
Search
1. At the top left of the page, you can use the search to find a specific listing. To the left of the search bar, use the drop-down to select the criteria you want to search by:
- Property Address
- MLS ID
- Agent Name
Filters
1. To narrow the list, click Filter, next to the search bar.
2. In the Filters drawer, on the right side of the page, select any number of filters:
- Agents - here you will see a list of all agents in your Market Center (there is a search you can use here), select any number of agents to only view their listings.
- Listing Taken Exclusion Status - filter listings based on whether the listing was counted toward the Listings Taken Units and Volume metrics (Sale (Not Excluded)), or excluded from those metrics (Lease, Relisted, Duplicate, Archived).
- Listing Status - here you will see all potential listing statuses (e.g. Active, Pending, Sold, Internal Active, etc.). Select any number of statuses to narrow your list by.
- Unassigned - use this checkbox to view listings who do not have an agent associated with them. This is useful if you need to identify unassigned internal listings to be able to assign agents to them.
- Listings Taken Period - in this section, type out the month/year (MM/YY) Listings Taken Period range you want to view listings for.
- Listing Price Anomaly - use the "Show Original Listing Price Anomalies Only" toggle to show listings that have mismatched price vs property type combinations. Identifying these saves your MC from closing with things like a mobile home that was improperly listed for $12B, or home sale that accidentally had a couple extra 0s added to the price.
- Original Listings Price Range - type in a min/max range for searching original listing price.
- Transaction Type - here you can select Sale and/or Lease.
- Listing Type - in this section you can select any number of listing types (e.g. MLS Listing, KW Reserve, Market Center Exclusive, etc.) to filter by.
- Property Type - in this section, select any number of property types (Residential, Commercial, Lots and Land, etc.) to filter by.
- Expiration Date - use the calendar widgets to select an expiration date range to filter listings by.
3. Once you've selected the filters you want to use, click Apply, at the bottom right of the Filters drawer.
4. Once you are done using the currently selected filters, you can either click the Filters button to change the selection, or click Clear Filters to reset.
