While we have the listings feed that pulls listings from the MLS, there might be a situation where an agent goes directly under contact with a listing and will ask the Market Center to create the Transaction on their behalf. Every Listing Sale Transaction has to have a listing associated with it, so the Market Center might need to manually create the listing before creating the Transaction.
To create an internal listing in CommandMC:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click CommandMC.
3. Click to access the Transactions Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. Click the Listing tab, at the top of the page.
5. Click Create New Listing, at the top right of the page.
6. In the Listing Management section, select the Listing Category.
7. Select the Listing Status (Internal Active or Internal Expired).
8. Use the Listing Agent drop-down to select the primary agent on the listing.
9. In the Listing Classification section, select the Property Type and then the Property Subtype. Each property type has sub types that correspond to the main type, though you will always have the option of being able to choose any sub type.
10. In the Listing Dates section, select the Expiration Date and List Date, using the Calendar widgets.
11. In the Pricing Details section, enter the Current Price (Required) and Original Price (Optional).
12. In the Address section, either start typing the street address and select from the drop-down, or manually type the address.
13. Click Next, at the bottom right of the page.
14. A Terms & Conditions pop-up will appear, read the terms, check the I understand and agree checkbox, then click Create Listing.
