In this task, you will create and print a custom Associate List in the Reports Activity Applet and review it with your Team Leader:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click CommandMC.
3. Click to access the Reports Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. Use the search (you also can switch between List and Card views) to find and select the Activity Card.
- If there is a report you want quick access to in the future, click the Favorite icon,
, at the top left of the card to keep it at the top of the list.
5. You might see a pop-up appear, click View Reports.
- You can check the Don't show me this again checkbox, if you don't want to see this pop-up again.
6. On the left side of the page, click the Custom Reports folder, and hover over the Custom Report to select the ellipses icon,, then select Duplicate to make a copy.
- By default, the report will be named "Custom Report", which you can rename.
7. The duplicated Custom Report will appear within the reports list on the left. To rename the report, hover over the report name and click the Ellipses Icon, , then click Rename. Enter the new name for the report and then click the Green Check Mark icon to save it.
8. Now the report can be customized to ensure you can see the data you need. Remove the following columns either by right clicking in the column, scrolling to the bottom and click Remove Field, or using the Full Screen option to bulk remove rows: TXN ID, TXN Type, Property Type, TXN Full Address, Closed Date, Closed Period, Total Units, Total GCI. Ensure the following columns ARE included: Assoc Full Name, KWUID, Assoc Status.
9. Review this list of associates in your Market Center and obtain Team Leader approval.
