What is KW Offerings?

KW Offerings connects agents, investors, buyers, and sellers to facilitate quick property transactions. KW Offerings provides a platform, training and marketing materials to help you close deals faster, expand your menu of service offerings, and stand out in your market by providing your sellers with multiple instant cash options alongside traditional listing services. It's your all-in-one solution for winning more listings and closing more deals.

Are there application requirements to join KW Offerings?

No, KW Offerings is a community for all KW associates designed for agents at every production level. Whether you are brand new or a MEGA, solo or team, our community is open to you to generate more listings and ultimately more business.

How much does it cost for an agent to join KW Offerings?

KW Offerings membership requires a one-time $199 setup fee that will be billed on the date of membership sign-up. KW Offerings membership monthly recurring billing of $199 will begin the following month (i.e. if Member signed up on the 8th of the month, they will be charged $199 signup fee that day and their $199 monthly recurring payment will be billed on the 8th of every following month, respectively).

Is there a free version of KW Offerings?

We are excited to announce that as of Feb 17, 2025 a free version of KW Offerings will be available. This free community has fewer features and benefits compared to the paid community. No credit card required to sign up, and no learning requirements or certifications needed.

How long will it take for me to get my agent website and login information?

You will receive an email that outlines all the next steps including how to receive your login information. Please note while you should have instant access, it can take up to 3hrs to render your website and login credentials. If you have not received an email within 24 hours, please contact us at kwofferings@kw.com.

What does KW Offerings provide to help me learn?

KW Offerings is proud to offer a comprehensive training program developed specifically for KW Offerings agents. This program features live and on-demand classes and is included in your membership dues. To view all of the KW Offerings benefits, please read through our value site page.

Where do the offers come from? Who are the buyers?

KW Offerings is NOT a buyer of homes. Instead we bring together iBuyers, REITS, Hedge Funds, local buyers, even owner occupant buyers and more from all across the country. Some offers come from names you know, and others are more discrete in their buying.

What types of properties are accepted?

We have buyers who will make offers on most every type of residential property including single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and even some manufactured homes if over $275,000. Multi-family, commercial and land are area specific.

Do the Buyers with KW Offerings only offer on rundown or distressed homes?

No. Our buyers will make offers on properties in any condition. From hoarder and full renovation to turn-key properties, we have buyers who offer on all condition types. We classify our types as: Turn-Key, Good Condition, Needs TLC, and Needs Repairs.

Are the offers from the Buyers all low-ball offers?

Not at all. Most of the Buyers with KW Offerings are looking to make “market value” offers. There are still some buyers who offer lower, but some even get an appraisal and then pay the appraised value. Counter offers are welcomed and appreciated when the data the Buyer has indicates a lower value than your market assessment. Market Value Offers are a key differentiator between KW Offerings and other cash offer programs.

What are some ways I can use KW Offerings in my business?

Prospecting, marketing and servicing your client are the primary ways to benefit from a membership with KW Offerings.
