KWU Approved Trainer Candidate – Curriculum Guide

To earn your KWU Approved Trainer certification, you are required to teach the following:

• The Six Personal Perspectives
  (Six 1-hour sessions or one 6-hour session)
  
   
• Ignite or one Breakthrough 120 session
  (One 2-hour session + 2 hours of Success System support)
  
   
• Two additional KWU-approved courses
  (Choose from the list below)

Additional KWU Courses

• Customer Experience (1 day)
• Expansion Systems Orientation (ESO) (1 day)
• Grow Your Profit Share Tree (2 hours)
• Lead Generation 36:12:3 (12 sessions, 2 hours each)
• MREA: Business Planning Clinic (1 day or 2 half days)
• Power Through a Shift: The Six Strategies (6 sessions, 2 hours each)
• ProfitAbility: Agent Financials (Half day)
• Quantum Leap (1 day or 2 days with exercises)
• Safety by Choice, Not by Chance (1 day)
• SHIFT One-Day Workshop (1 day)
• SHIFT Series (12 sessions, 1 hour each)
• Time Management with the 4-1-1 (4 hours)
• Win with Buyers (1 day)
• Win with Sellers (1 day)
• Win-Win Negotiations (4 hours)

Courses Requiring Additional Certification

The following classes require a higher level of KWU certification or approval to teach but do count towards becoming a KWU Approved Trainer.
