1. Why are we transitioning?
- We have heard the pain points of e-signature and are responding with a solution to improve the experience for both agents and MC leadership.
- Lone Wolf Transact offers the broadest forms coverage in North America.
- Lone Wolf Transact offers 24/7/365 support.
2. When is this transition occurring?
- The submission period for custom forms has begun.
- Lone Wolf Transact will be available within Command and CommandMC in Q2 2026, more precise timelines will be shared soon.
3. What will training look like?
- Stay tuned! We are working on the training plan and will share details when they are ready.
4. Can I still use DocuSign?
- Yes, Market Centers can continue to use DocuSign by maintaining their own MC-level subscription. Post-integration with Lone Wolf Transact, DocuSign will require manual upload of forms and compliance documents to Command.
5. Can I still use Dotloop?
- Yes! Nothing is changing with Dotloop and it will still be integrated with Command. MCs that choose to use alternative vendors will still need to maintain their own subscription with their chosen vendor partner once the integration with Lone Wolf Transact has been completed in Command and CommandMC.
6. What should I be doing now to prepare my Market Center for this transition?
- Review current checklists and ensure all checklist items in CommandMC are up-to-date noting both custom forms and forms that are required by your local and state/province boards as well as any forms required by national authorities.
7. If I’m already a Lone Wolf user, will I need to create a separate Lone Wolf account?
- Lone Wolf Transact allows agents to connect a current Lone Wolf account without creating a new one.
- The Market Center will utilize the klrwxxx@kw.com email address for the MC connected account.
- Market Center leaders cannot use the klrwxxx@kw.com email address for transactions they conduct as an agent. Market Center leaders who are licensed agents will have an associate Lone Wolf account.
8. Will there be a separate charge for Lone Wolf Transact?
- Lone Wolf Transact will be included with the KWRI charged tech fee.
9. Will we still have the ability to use template forms?
- Lone Wolf Transact provides the capability to create templates that automatically add specific users to transactions.
10. Will I need to send all of my current forms to Lone Wolf?
- No. KWRI will facilitate an initial bulk upload of all local, state and national board/association forms into Lone Wolf Transact. You are only responsible for compiling and submitting your Market Center’s custom forms using the unique link provided in the email. This separation allows us to sync forms and checklists to Lone Wolf Transact, making the transition to Lone Wolf Transact easier and less time consuming.
Once the initial bulk upload of forms has completed, Market Centers can submit new forms/edits directly to Lone Wolf.
11. How will I submit my custom forms?
- Compile all custom forms in .PDF format that will be in use in 2026 and upload them via the unique link provided in the email from Your KWRI Technology Team (bounce2@kw.com), with the subject line: Action Required: Lone Wolf Transact Integration in Command MC.
Once Lone Wolf Transact Command Edition is live, Market Centers will submit custom forms and any edits directly to Lone Wolf.
12. What do I need to know about the custom forms I’m submitting via my Market Center’s unique google link?
- Submit only .PDF versions of the custom form. Any version other than .PDF will not be accepted.
- Each .PDF should include one custom form per file.
- Ensure each custom form is clearly named as to what it is.
- There must be NO data included in the custom form - it must be a blank form. Forms that contain data will not be accepted.
- Custom forms are unique forms created specifically for your Market Center outside of the normal local, state, national board/association forms (ex. Broker forms)
- Submit only custom forms that will be valid in 2026.
- Ensure custom forms include no Personal Identifying Information (PII). Forms that contain PII will not be accepted.
- Submit only original versions of forms. Scanned copies cannot be accepted.
13. Where do I find my current custom forms?
- This varies from Market Center to Market Center. We do not have visibility into where your specific custom forms are saved, as they may be stored in a centralized folder on a Market Center leader's computer, or saved individually across different locations. We recommend working with your Market Center leadership to locate all custom forms that will be applicable in 2026 for submission.
14. Who do I contact for questions/support?
- For technical questions about uploading forms or the submission link, please reach out to the KWRI Support Team.
- For questions about where your Market Center’s custom forms are currently stored, please contact your MC Leadership.
15. Can two different signers use the same email address?
- Yes. We have tested and confirmed that Lone Wolf Transact supports multiple signers sharing a single email address.
16. Will Lone Wolf Transact offer “PowerForms” functionality (links for direct onboarding & forms)?
- Preliminary discussions indicate that Lone Wolf Transact has similar functionality to PowerForms. We are currently verifying the specific workflow and will provide a guide on how to set this up for agent onboarding and other public-facing links.
17. Will we be able to set a specific signing order for our documents?
- Yes, setting a signing order for customers and agents is a supported feature.
18. Will we be able to upload generic PDF documents (like disclosures, onboarding paperwork, back-of-house paperwork) for signature, even if they aren’t in the forms library?
- Yes, you can upload external documents directly into the system to have them signed.
19. Will we be able to sign Commission Disbursement Authorizations (DAs) in Lone Wolf?
- Yes, the ability to sign DAs will remain part of the workflow. We are ensuring that no functionality currently enjoyed with DocuSign is removed in this transition.
20. Will I be able to access Lone Wolf Transact directly though a web browser or only through Command?
- You will be able to log directly into Lone Wolf Transact using your Lone Wolf account, in addition to accessing it via Command.
21. What happens to DocuSign rooms that are “in progress” during the transition?
- There will be a transition period to accommodate active transactions and DocuSign will be available through July 14. Agents will want to begin using Lone Wolf for transactions once it goes live to ensure anything in flight within DocuSign is completed prior to July 14.
22. How do we bulk export our historical files/forms from DocuSign if we choose not to renew?
- We are in ongoing discussions with DocuSign to determine the best practices for bulk exporting Market Center files and historical data. We will provide instructions on this process once the alignment is finalized.
23. If the Market Center pays for a DocuSign subscription, can individual agents use it?
- While not finalized, it appears DocuSign rooms is designed as a MC-level product. If a MC opts to pay for DocuSign, associates inside that MC can use it. However, it is viable for individual agents to purchase “Rooms” as a solo product separate from the MC.
24. Will there be a cost to update/change custom forms in the future?
- Initially, no. However there will be a point in the future where Lone Wolf Transact may charge for the addition of new custom forms or significant updates. The specific timeline and pricing structure for this are being finalized.
25. Will MC Admins have access to all forms (ex. To use for training)?
- Those with a MC Leader or other MC leadership role will have access to all forms for their own Market Center.
26. Once we transition, will we have access to documents from multiple states (in the event we have agents that work in multiple states)?
- Yes.
