The Associate Awards Report displays Expansion, Group, Team and Individual qualifications for both Family Reunion and Real Trends, with award level based on latest closed production data for the current year. This is the key report to use when validating production for end of year.
- If you have questions about the totals on the report, use the Award Transaction Detail Report to see which transactions contributed to the awards report totals.

Filters
1. This report includes all award report types you need to find what you need, and you will use Filters, on the right side of the page, to narrow the results:
- At the top of the filters list, switch between Family Reunion and Real Trends awards.
- The Region and Market Center filters gives you the ability to view the Market Center(s) you have access to (regional leadership can view all MCs in the region, Market Center leadership only sees their MC).
- Use the Agent Name filter to view specific agents in the report.
- Award Type is a key filter where you can narrow the report based on Expansion, Group, Team, or Individual awards.
- Set the Qualified for Real Trends? filter to "True" if you are looking at the FR list and want to see who is qualified for both the Family Reunion Award for that category and the Real Trends Award for that category.
- There is also an Attending Family Reunion? filter to see who is currently registered to attend the event.
Custom Views
1. As you are sorting the report and using filters, you can click Save Custom View for easy access to the view you are looking at.
2. Enter a View Name and click Save.
- If you want this view to show by default the next time you access this report, check the Set as Default View checkbox.
- Custom Views are unique to each leader, so no other leader will see the custom views you create.
3. As you create custom views, click on the current view, at the top left of the page, to choose from the views you have created.
- At the top of your views list, you can click Manage Custom Views to make changes to the list.
4. When in the Manage Custom Views, you can edit or delete custom views, or select a custom view and click Apply New Default.
Download the Report
1. As you use filters to narrow the results, click Download, at the top right of the page, to download/print the report.
2. In the Select Format section, you will see several options, make your select and click Download:
-
- CSV - creates a spreadsheet that is best used for sorting data. The larger data rows (Agent Name) will be duplicated across each sub row (Award Type), which means you will be able to see all row data no matter how the spreadsheet is sorted.
- Excel - creates a spreadsheet that visually most resembles the reports view in CommandMC. The larger data rows (Agent Name) will be large merged blocks of cells, encapsulating any sub rows (Award Type) included.
-
PDF - creates a PDF of the report, in either Portrait or Landscape view. The Portrait view downloads as it is displayed at around 100% zoom on a laptop, capturing all of the fields included. A good general rule is to view the report on a standard laptop screen. If any columns are cut off on the right of the report, you might want to use the Landscape view.
-
- Be careful with this report on the portrait setting. On my download, the Transfer GCI and Transfer Units columns are cut off.
-
- PNG Snapshot - creates an image of the exact view you are looking at. Using this option, you can scroll to a specific section, in a large report, to get an image of that exact spot in the report.
