Prepay Associate A/R - New Associate

Q. What should I do if a brand new associate wants to prepay his associate billing, but he hasn’t had any invoices?

A. In AccountEdge all agent deposits and prepaids must be shown as a credit on their A/R. Follow these steps: 

1. Click Sales
2. Click Enter Sales
3. Enter the amount in the “Amount Paid Today” field
4. Click “Record”. A message will pop up stating this invoice has very little information.
5. Click "OK".

This process applies for all associates to prepay their associate billing, regardless of how long they've been with KW.
