As your agents are submitting compliance requests through Opportunities, you have a few tools to leverage, when trying to find a specific request. These tools include compliance tags, filters, sorting, and a search.
To learn how to find submitted compliance requests in CommandMC, follow the steps below:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click CommandMC.
3. Click to select the Compliance Applet, , on the left side of the page.
Search & Sort
1. At the top left of the page, you can use the Search to search by Opportunity ID, Address, Opportunity Assignee, or Owner (Teams - Rainmaker).
2. At the top of the table, you will see 3 fields you can sort by: Last Submitted, Close Date, and Opportunity ID.
Filters
1. To the right of the search, click Filters.
2. In the Filters drawer, on the right side of the page, select any number of filters, then click Apply.
-
Compliance Status - check the box next to each status that you want to filter by. Only submitted requests with the selected statuses will show in the list. By default, the Submitted, Resubmitted and Changed statuses will be selected automatically. Below are the definitions of each status:
-
- Submitted - the agent attached compliance documents to the Opportunity and submitted to the Market Center for review. The compliance team needs to review this checklist, and approve or reject.
- Resubmitted - the agent's initial compliance submission was rejected initially, now they have fixed everything that caused the rejection and have resubmitted for review.
- Changed - the agent's initial compliance submission was rejected initially, now they have started to replace documents with the changes needed for approval. They have not resubmitted yet.
- Open - the agent has started attaching compliance documents, but has not submitted for review yet.
- Returned - the agent attached compliance documents to the Opportunity and submitted to the Market Center for review, but they need to fix a few things before this can be approved.
- Approved - the agent attached compliance documents to the Opportunity and submitted to the Market Center for review, and everything was correct. They are ready to continue with the transaction process.
-
- Compliance Event - check the box next to each Compliance Event (Closed, Under Contract, Listed, Consultation) you want to filter by.
- Opportunity Type - check the box next to each Opportunity Type (Listing, Buyer, Landlord, Tenant) you want to filter by.
- Close Date - filter the list based on the Close Date on the Opportunity. This filter gives the ability to select Past Closing, Next 7/14/30 Days, This Year, Last Year, or you can select Custom Date Range and self select the dates in the range.
- Compliance Tags - select the tags you want to filter by. If an Opportunity includes even one of the tags that has been selected in the filter, it will show in the list. The more tags you add to the filter, the more results you will get, theoretically.
- Archived Items - use this filter to include, or only show archived compliance requests. By default, only active compliance requests will show in the list.
- Assignee - select the agents you want to filter by. Some team Opportunities might have several agents added as assignees, so selecting any of included agents will make the compliance request appear.
