In CommandMC, MCAs can now create up to 50 tags for their compliance team to use, when reviewing submitted compliance requests.

While only the MCA can create and edit the tags, your entire compliance team has the ability to add tags to and remove tags from compliance requests. This will help you filter and search for requests based on the tags that have been added, or to clearly label compliance requests for your team to reference later.
You also have the ability to view and apply tags when looking at the Opportunity details of the request you are reviewing.
To add tags to submitted compliance requests in CommandMC:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click CommandMC.
3. Click to select the Compliance Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. Find the compliance request, click the ellipses icon, , to the right of the request, and select Archive.

5. A pop-up will appear, where you can use the drop-down to select any number of tags to apply to the compliance request, then click Save.
- If you don't see the tag you need, start typing and you will see a Create New option. This allows you to type the Tag Name, just how you want it displayed, and then select a color.
- Once added, and before you click to save, you can remove any tags that are showing in the Tags field.
