MCAs now have the ability to create tags for submitted compliance requests, in CommandMC. This will help you filter and search for requests as you need, or to clearly label requests for your compliance team to reference later. You have the ability to create up to 50 tags for your compliance team to utilize in this way.
While only the MCA can create and edit the tags, your entire compliance team has the ability to add tags to and remove tags from compliance requests.

To create and edit tags for compliance:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click CommandMC at the top of the page.

If you are a leader in two or more Market Centers, click your Name, at the top right of the page, and ensure the correct Market Center is selected. |
3. Click the Administration icon, , on the left side of the page.
4. On the left side of the page, open the Compliance category, and select Compliance Tags.
5. Click Create Tag, at the top right of the page.
6. Enter a Name for the tag, then select a Tag Color.
7. Click Create Tag.
Once the tag is created, your compliance team will be able to start adding it to submitted compliance requests.

Manage Your Tags
1. Once you have created tags for compliance, you will see the list on this page. Click on any tag to edit or delete.
2. You can edit either the Name or the Tag Color, then click Edit Tag. You can also click Delete Tag here, to remove the tag from the list, and from all Opportunities it has been added to.
- The system will allow you to delete a tag that has been applied to Opportunities, so be purposeful when deleting. Once deleted, there is no way to restore a tag, you would have to recreate and re-add.
3. If you chose to delete, a confirmation will appear. Click Yes, Delete Tag.
