In the Reports Activity Applet, you'll find a Standard report that lists every deduction paid per transaction for each agent. Running this report for the entire year and providing the total list of deductions and a total amount paid to the agents at End of Year will help them with their taxes.
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click CommandMC.
3. Click to access the Reports Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. Select the Activity and Custom Reports category.
- You can use the Search and Filter to narrow down your category results.
5. Use the search (you also can switch between List and Card views) to find and select the Deductions card.
- If there is a report you want quick access to in the future, click the Favorite icon,
, at the top left of the card to add it to the Favorites tab, on the Reports homepage.
6. If you need to download the report, click Download, at the top right of the page, then you have 3 options:
- Excel (XLSX) - creates a spreadsheet that visually most resembles the reports view in CommandMC. The larger data rows will be large merged blocks of cells, encapsulating any sub rows included.
- CSV - creates a spreadsheet that is best used for sorting data. The larger data rows will be duplicated across each sub row, which means you will be able to see all row data no matter how the spreadsheet is sorted.
- PDF - this will download as a .PDF file. One thing to keep in mind, only about 9 columns will fit on a page, the other columns will be separated and added separately below the data for the first 9 columns or so.
