Look Up an Associate's KW Username

If an associate has forgotten their KW Username for logging in to Command, leaders with access to the CommandMC Associates Applet can look it up. Once the associate knows what their KW Username is, they have the ability to reset their KW Password.

To look up an associate's KW Username:

1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.

2. Click CommandMC, at the top of the page.

3. Click the Associates icon, , on the left side of the page.

4. Find the associate on your roster, then click the associate's name.

5. You will find their KW Username in the General Information Section, toward the bottom left of their Associate Record. 

Once you know this information, and they have access to the correct KW Password Recovery Email Address, the agent will be able to reset their KW Password and log in to Command or any other KW system.

If you are assisting a VR associate who has forgotten his/her username, please send a ticket to MCA Support by completing this form with the following information to request the associate's username:

• VR associate name
• MORE ID
• current email address
• current phone number
