How do you track all of the conversations you have with the associates in your Market Center? CommandMC allows you to systematically keep track of all of this in an easy, organized way. These activities will show up in your associate's timeline and within the Associates Applet you can filter and sort based on the Last Contacted Date, which is tracked based on the activities you log for associates.
To add an activity or interaction to an associate in CommandMC:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click CommandMC, at the top of the page.
3. Click the Associates icon, , on the left side of the page.
4. Find the associate on your roster, then click the associate's name.

5. At the top of the page, click the Timeline tab.
6. At the top right of the Timeline, click + Add Activity.
7. Complete the form:
- Choose an Interaction Type (Meeting, Call, or Text) using the drop-down.
- The Call and Text types add the Outcome field, where you notate how the interaction went (e.g. answered, left voicemail, etc.).
- Select the date of the activity.
- Enter a Description.
8. Click Save.
You will be able to track all of the activities for your associate, in the Timeline:
