Once an associate has been invited to your Market Center and completed the KW Joining Portal process, an Associate Record will be created, in the CommandMC Associates Applet. From this Applet, you have the ability to control an associate's status, edit their information, log appointments/activities/notes, conduct a needs analysis, etc.
The access to view and edit this information is nuanced, use the article below to learn how to (and who can) edit and manage associates in CommandMC:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click CommandMC, at the top of the page.
3. Click the Associates icon, , on the left side of the page.
4. Find the associate on your roster, then click the associate's name.
Role Access
When editing and managing an Associate Record, there is a tiered permission level, based on which leadership role you have, that determines the information you can not only edit, but also view. See the table below to see which tier your role falls under, then in the Overview section, you can see the permissions each tier has for a given section of an Associate Record:

Associate Management Overview
Status Management (Tier 1 Only) - at the top right of the Associate Record, you will see 3 possible buttons that allow you to manage the associate's status in the Market Center:
-
Activate Agent - when you add an associate (Invite to MC) to your Market Center, your leadership team will need to Activate their Agent Status, even if they enter a license number in the KW Joining Portal. By default, every associate starts with an Unlicensed Associate role (POO status in WinMORE), which gives baseline access to KW Systems, but not leadership access.
- Once activated, the agent's status will automatically be Licensed Associate (AA Status in WinMORE).
- If the agent is licensed, but their status needs to change to either Licensed Referral Only (AR Status in WinMORE) or Licensed Admin Agent (AO status in WinMORE), you have the ability to edit the activated agent's production status, in CommandMC.
- Set to Associate - when an agent's license is no longer active, in any capacity, you will need to set their status to Unlicensed Associate (POO or POS in WinMORE, depending on if they have been assigned any leadership roles in CommandMC).
-
Remove Associate - if an associate in your Market Center is leaving KW or leaving your Market Center due to a transfer (ensure they are added to their new Market Center before doing this), you will need to remove the associate from your Market Center roster.
Contact Information (Tier 1 & 2) - in this section you can add/edit the following details (these details are synced with the associate's KW Profile):

- Preferred Email Address
