As of May 2023, Gross and Net agent counts are based on the calendar month the agent was activated an agent or set to unlicensed associate status.
Only Market Center leaders with the OP, MCA, TL, Assist MCA, Assist TL roles have the ability to activate agent status for an associate. |
Once you have an associate on your Market Center roster, in CommandMC, if they are licensed and should have an active agent status in your Market Center, you will need to go through the activation process in the Associates Applet in CommandMC.
- After activation, you might need to adjust the agent's production status (Licensed Referral Only (AR) or Licensed Admin Agent (AO)).
- Learn more about Associate Status Combinations.

7. At the bottom of the form, enter the agent's Company Dollar Split (percentage), Company Dollar Cap, the Next Period Company Dollar Cap (if it's the same as the current amount, you can keep this blank), and select the Company Dollar Anniversary Date.
8. Click Activate Agent, at the bottom right of the form.
Production Status
Once you have activated their agent status, you might need to edit their production status for various reasons. For instance, you might have an active licensed agent who is changing to Referral Only status, or you have a licensed agent who is already paying a tech fee in another Market Center, but is going to admin for a team in your Market Center.
1. In the Edit Role modal, you will see they are set to Licensed Associate. Click Edit to the right of the status.
2. Select the production status, then click Save.
- Licensed Associate (was the AA status in WinMORE) - this is the standard agent designation.
- Licensed Referral Only (was the AR status in WinMORE) - this is the referral only designation.
-
Licensed Admin Agent (was the O status in WinMORE) - this designation denotes a licensed person who won't pay a tech fee to your Market Center. When you select this option, you will need to select a reason. If you select Other, you must type the reason.
- This does not automatically exclude the person from the tech fee, but gives KWRI the data around why this designation is selected.
