The Associates Applet not only tracks whether an associate belongs to a particular Market Center, it also tells us their Licensure status and what fees they are charged. Use the table below to reference the various status combinations, and see how to set them up in CommandMC.
| Team membership is managed in the CommandMC Team Tool. Each associate is entered with the statuses below, and then added to a team separately through that tool, if applicable. |
The below chart is updated as of the March 1, 2023 changes to Associate Tech Fees and G Suite Fees charged to Market Centers, and the May 8, 2023 launch of the Joining Portal and Associates Applet.

Agent A leaves after 3 consecutive years (if they joined before April 1, 2020) or 7 consecutive years (if they joined on or after April 1, 2020). Agent A will continue to collect profit share and sponsor associates. He/she should also pay $25 annual fee. In order to remain in profit share system, all individuals in MORE system have to pay $25 per year. |
