In CommandMC, we have a deduction management system in place where you can create Deductions used by your associates for their transactions. Once you have created a list of Deductions, your associates will be able to select and allocate commission revenue to these when completing Commission Requests, as well as set up automatic recurring amounts of this Deduction to specific agents.
Once you have created Deductions for your Market Center, you might need to archive any that go out-of-date or that are not applicable any more.
To archive a Deduction:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click CommandMC at the top of the page.
3. Click to access the Administration Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. On the left side of the page, click Deductions.
5. Hover over the Deduction you want to edit, then click the ellipses icon, , and select Archive.
6. A confirmation will appear, click Yes, Archive.
Once archived, it will take affect on future Commissions or Transactions going forward, not being selectable and not applying any recurring Deductions of that type on future Commission Requests. If an agent has already accepted an offer and initiated a Commission Request, any line items from this Deduction will remain.
