In CommandMC, we have a deduction management system in place where you can create Deductions used by your associates for their transactions. Once you have created a list of Deductions, your associates will be able to select and allocate commission revenue to these when completing Commission Requests.
In addition to creating the list of Deductions, you can assign automatic recurring amounts of Deductions to specific agents, which will then auto-populate on each Commission Request they generate going forward. These can be recurring Deductions that the agent can edit/remove, on a specific Commission Request, or you can lock it down so the agent can't make any changes to that line item.

You will see 3 system created Philanthropic Deductions that have set up automatically:
When assigning dual affiliated agents (who have roles in multiple Market Centers) to one of these KW Philanthropic Deductions, the recurring Deduction will apply globally to transactions in all of their Market Centers. When assigning these agents to a custom Deduction, the recurring Deduction will only apply to transactions for your Market Center. |
To assign agents to a recurring Deduction:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click CommandMC at the top of the page.
3. Click to access the Administration Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. On the left side of the page, click Deductions.
5. Find and select the Deduction you want to assign agents to.
6. A Deduction Details panel will appear, click Set Recurring Amount, at the bottom of the panel.
7. Click in the Agent drop-down, then select the agent(s) you want to assign to this Deduction.
- If you are looking for a specific agent, use the search for the best experience.
- You can click the Select All checkbox to select all agents in the Market Center.
8. Next, set the Amount Per Transaction:
- By default, it is set to a fixed dollar amount, which you can enter here.
- You can also enable the Percentage Amount toggle, where you would then enter the percentage of each Commission that would be deducted.
9. Finally, use the Agent can modify amount toggle to determine if you want this to be editable when the agent fills out a Commission Request.
- If toggled on - the agent will be able to edit the amount of the Deduction, on any given Commission Request.
- If toggled off - the agent will not be able to edit the amount of the Deduction when they fill out a Commission Request.
10. Once you are finished, click Assign, at the bottom right of the modal.
Once you have added an agent or multiple agents, you can click the ellipses icon, , next to their name, and select either Edit (if you want to edit any of the details of the Deduction for this agent) or Remove (if you want to totally remove this agent from the Deduction).
