Tags are a great way to organize your Associate Roster. If there are Associate SmartPlans you want to run, tags are a great way to segment your roster to enable you to add the right associates, at the right time. If you want to spend time building a list of tags, there is a dedicated settings page where you can manage all of these tags.
- This list of tags is shared with the Recruits Applet.
To add tags to associates in CommandMC:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. Click CommandMC at the top of the page.
3. Click to access the Associates Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. Find and select the associates you want to add tags to, then click Add Tags, at the bottom right of the page.
5. A pop-up will appear. Use the drop-down to select the tags you want to add to these associates, then click Save.
- This list of tags is shared with the Recruits Applet. There is a settings page dedicated to CommandMC Tag Management.
- If you don't see the tag you are looking for, you have the ability to create a new tag here.
