Send a One-Off Email to Your Associates in CommandMC

We now have the ability to send one-off emails to your associates, without having to create a SmartPlan. You can use bulk actions or you can send a one-to-one email from within a associate details record. Once you send an email to an associate, it will be logged on their Associate Timeline.

This functionality utilizes your Command Email subscription (every associate and leader gets 5000 free emails per month), which ever leader sends the email is the person whose Command Email credits are charged.

To send a one-off email to your associates in CommandMC:

 

Access

1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.


2. Click CommandMC at the top of the page.

3. Click to access the Associates Applet, icon associates.png, on the left side of the page.


4. Find and select the associate(s) you want to email, then click Send Email, at the bottom right of the page.

From the Associates database view, you can click the + to the right of any associate and select Send Email. Also, if you are in an associate's details record and want to send them a quick email, click their email address and select Command Email.

Compose and Send

1. In the "To" field, you can see all of the recruits you added, click the X, on an associate, to remove them from the email. You cannot add new recipients here, only remove.

  • When sending to multiple associates, recipients will not be able to see that you sent this to multiple people at once, when they receive the email.

2. Enter the Subject of the email.

3. Next, enter the Body of the email. There are a few formatting options you have here:

  • Font/Size
  • Bold
  • Italics
  • Underline
  • Text Color
  • Clear Formatting icon contacts email clear formatting.png  - highlight the text you want to clear formatting for, then click this option.

  • Alignment icon contacts email alignment.png
  • Add Emoji  icon email emoji.png- choose from a full selection of emojis to add to the email.
  • Insert Link icon contacts email link.png - make sure to highlight the text you want to hyperlink before clicking this option.
  • Attach File (bottom of the modal) - 10 attachments maximum, 5MB max total attachment(s) size 
    • Attachment types available: audio/basic, audio/L24, audio/mp4, audio/mpeg, audio/ogg, audio/vnd.rn-realaudio, audio/vnd.wave, audio/3gpp, audio/3gpp2, audio/ac3, audio/webm, audio/amr-nb, audio/amr, video/mpeg, video/mp4, video/quicktime, video/webm, video/3gpp, video/3gpp2, video/3gpp-tt, video/H261, video/H263, video/H263-1998, video/H263-2000, video/H264, image/bmp, image/tiff, text/vcard, text/x-vcard, text/csv, text/rtf, text/richtext, text/calendar, text/directory, application/pdf, application/vcard, application/vnd.apple.pkpass.

4. If you want to add a signature, click Signature, at the bottom of the modal, and select the signature you want to add to the email.

5. At the bottom of the Compose Email modal, you will see how many remaining Command Email credits you have left for the month. If you need to add more, click Manage Subscription and you can increase your subscription.

6. Once you are ready, click Send, at the bottom right of the modal.
