Now, you can easily track associate birthday and cap milestones in one place.  Click directly on the widget numbers to access custom SmartViews, allowing you to take immediate action and ensure no key event goes unnoticed!  Learn more here!

🟩 Associates: Agents Not Contacted [at Risk]

Get ahead of potential attrition with our new Agents at Risk widget in CommandMC!  We're introducing a predictive analytics model that identifies agents who may be at Risk, helping you retain your valuable talent.  The MC Dashboard will display agents not contacted, and SmartViews will provide lists of all At Risk agents and those not contacted.  Plus, utilize powerful new filters like Retention Risk and Retention Reasons to focus your retention efforts.  Don't wait; proactively support your agents!  Learn more here!

🟩 Compliance: Search + Filter Enhancements

We've added a searchable Opportunity Name column, allowing you to find what you need faster.  You can also now search by Opportunity Owner.  Keep track of close dates with our enhanced Close Date column, showing both Estimated and Actual dates with clear labels and a new Closed Date Filter!  Please note that filtering by Close Date will only show results with completed actual close dates.  Learn more here!

🟩 MC SmartPlans: Drag & Drop Builder + More

Building and editing SmartPlans in CommandMC just got easier with the new drag-and-drop editor!  You can easily move steps, customize the details, and even use Auto Add/Remove Rules to keep your communication consistent with Recruits and Associates.

🟩 MC Transactions: Timeline

Transforming Transaction Transparency!  We're excited to launch the new Transaction Timeline.  After processing a transaction, a dedicated Timeline tab will capture historical changes by all members of MC Leadership.  You can filter by date range, category, or the individual who made the update. 

🟩 MC Compliance: Filter and Sorting Memory

Introducing a smoother compliance experience!  Now, all your set filters and sorting options in Compliance will stay in place until you close your browser window.  Say goodbye to resetting your preferences every time!
