🟩 MC Recruits: Simplified Activity Recording
Now, it is even easier to log activities with your recruits using the new quick access points in the Recruits applet of CommandMC! You can quickly log a Call, Appointment, Note, or Text on a recruit to keep track of your efforts and maintain transparency with your growth team, saving you clicks & time. Use the [+] button on the Recruit card from the pipeline view or to the far right when working from the Recruit Management tab. Logging these activities will contribute to your goal tracking on the MC Leadership dashboard and make sure no recruit gets left behind. Learn more here!
🟩 MC Associates: New Filters & Columns - Caps
We have added three new ways to manage your roster in the Associates' applet of CommandMC to identify agents by their company dollar cap status and anniversary date. These details can help you identify agents that could use a boost in productivity for class invitations or targeted communication for upcoming anniversary roll-over dates. You can use these three new filters and leverage the sort options within the table view by clicking on the column headers. 🟩 MC Recruits & Associates: Single/Bulk Email Send
Click directly on a Recruit or Associate's email and choose Command Email to view the new email composer, which offers many formatting options, attachments, emojis, and even the ability to store customized email signatures. Compose individual emails or select multiple recruits/associates to leverage the bulk action and save time by simultaneously sending the same message to numerous people.
