How do you track all of the conversations you have with your recruits? CommandMC allows you to systematically keep track of all of this in an easy, organized way. These activities will show up in your lead/contact's timeline. There are also reports your leadership can use to keep track of how often recruits are being communicated with.
To log an activity for a recruit:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials
2. Click CommandMC at the top of the page.
3. Click to access the Recruits Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. Find and select the recruit you want to log an activity for, either in the Recruit Pipeline or Recruit Management Database.
Within the Recruits Applet, there are 3 main ways to log activities:
5A. From the Recruit Management database view, you can click the + to the right of any recruit and select the activity option you want (Add Note, Log Appointment, Log Call, or Log Text).
5B. From the Recruiting Pipeline view, you can click the + at the top right of any Recruit Card and select the activity option you want (Add Note, Log Appointment, Log Call, or Log Text).
5C. If you click on a specific recruit, you can click + Add Activity, at the top right of the recruit details and select the activity option you want (Add Note, Log Appointment, Log Call, or Log Text).
Add a Note
1. Enter a Note Title, Note Description, and click Save Note.
Log an Appointment
1. When logging an appointment, use the Conducted By drop-down to select the leader who held the appointment, select the Appointment Type, use the calendar widget to Date Conducted, then enter any Notes around the meeting. Click Save Appointment.
Log a Call
1. When logging a call, first enter the Outcome of the call (Answered, No Answer, Left Voicemail, Do Not Call), use the calendar widget to select the Date of the call, then enter a Description. Click Save.
Log a Text
1. When logging a text, first enter the Outcome of the text (Sent, Delivered, Undelivered, Received), use the calendar widget to select the Date of the text, then enter a Description. Click Save.
Once you log the interaction, you will find it on the Timeline tab, on the Recruit Details page, along with the information you entered:
