In Recruits, leaders can build a shared database of recruits, customize their Recruit Pipeline and work active recruits purposefully there, and they can use a search to identify potential recruits and the Market Share they represent.
This is a big applet, with a ton of functionality, use the resource below to get started with Recruits and get a lay of the land:

Find An Agent to add to your Recruit Database using a search experience where you can pick a city or zip/postal code, use production filters, and set up SmartViews for quick access to future searches. Once found, there is an easy button to add the recruit(s) to your Recruit Management Database and Pipeline.

Use this option to import recruits into the Recruit Management Database, using the CommandMC Recruit import template. Once there, you can add the recruits to the pipeline, if needed.

Add a Single Recruit to the database or pipeline.

|
Use the search, sorting and filters to find the recruit you are looking for, and set up SmartViews for easy access to the different views you need to access in each situation.

Use the Edit Stages button, customizing the stages and checklist items to make the workflow unique to your Market Center. This sets the standard for the way recruits are nurtured and tracked for your entire recruiting team.

The Recruiting Pipeline is organized into four Phases (top level): Active Recruit, Appointment, Cultivate, and Committed. These phases are not editable. Within each phase you will find a set of Stages. These stages are customizable, though you will not be able to delete or rename some of these.
