While you are managing your recruits, you may need to find a specific recruit. Instead of searching through your Phases and Stages, or scrolling the database view, you can fully customize how you view your recruits based on the task at hand. You can use the search, filters, sort, and choose which columns appear in the database view exactly where you want them. Once you configure a view just the way you want it, you can create SmartViews for easy access to the view later.
