As you meet people and recruit for your Market Center, you will need to add one-off recruits to your CommandMC Recruit Database/Pipeline. This not only allows you to keep track of their contact information, but once added, you will be able to add notes, log appointments, add production data, and more.
The system will stop you from creating duplicate recruits based on phone number or email address, and it also checks the info you enter against the KW Agent Insights Database to see if there is any information you didn't know that you might want to import into the new recruit.
To add a recruit in CommandMC:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click CommandMC.
3. Click the Recruits icon, ,on the left sidebar.
4. Click Add Recruit, at the top right of the page.

As you start entering the recruit's name and contact information, the system is checking the info you add against the records in the Agent Insights Database (where Heatseeker data comes from), even before you save anything. If this happens, you will see a banner appear letting you know, then click View Matches.

5. Enter the recruit's name and contact information:
- First Name & Last Name (required) - enter the recruit's first and last name in the corresponding fields.
-
Phone (required) - enter the primary phone number for the recruit and select what type of phone number it is (Mobile, Home, Work or Other) from the corresponding drop-down.
- You will also see a drop-down that lets you select the country the phone number is from, which will auto-populate the country code where applicable.
- Email (required) - enter the primary email address for the recruit and select what type of email it is (Personal, Work or Other) from the corresponding drop-down.
6. Next, select the Production Status of the recruit:
- Red One (R1) - agent recruits who closed 0-7 units in the last 12 months. Selecting this option opens a checkbox selection where you can denote whether they have an active RE License or not.
- Red Two (R2) - agent recruits who closed 8+ units in the last 12 months. Selecting this option opens a checkbox selection where you can denote whether they have an active RE License or not.
- Unlicensed Staff - recruits who are unlicensed, either to join the MC leadership team/staff, or as an admin for a team.
7. In the Pipeline Status section, choose if you want to add this new recruit to your Recruit Pipeline. This will help you track the progress of the join in process more purposefully, using the checklists associated with each Phase/Stage in the Pipeline.
- If yes, check the Add Recruit to Pipeline checkbox, then use the drop-downs to select which Phase and Stage you want to add them to.
8. In the Brokerage field, select the brokerage this recruit is currently working for. If the recruit is not licensed or is unaffiliated, use the corresponding checkbox. If the brokerage they are with is not listed, you can type the brokerage name and select the "Add [brokerage name]" option.
9. In the Assignee(s) field, use the drop-down to select any number of Market Center leaders to assign to this recruit.
10. In the Lead Source field, select where the recruit lead came from. This can be from an outside source, or from an agent referral in your database:
- Select from the list of regular lead sources (Networking, cold calling, etc.).
- If the lead source is not listed, you can type the lead source name and select the "Add [source name]" option.
- Select "Referral" as the Lead Source - start typing the name of the referral agent and select their name from the drop-down. This isn't official, but is used as a reference for your leadership team.
11. In the Tags field, use the drop-down to select any number of tags to add to this recruit.
- If this is a new tag, type it out and you will see a + Create Custom Tag option. Once you create a tag for a recruit, you will be able to find it on the Tags list in the future.
- Click here to learn more about creating and managing recruit tags.
12. At the bottom of the modal, you can enter the recruit's Address. You can start typing and select the address from the drop-down, or manually enter the info in each field.
13. Click Save, at the bottom right of the modal.
