In CommandMC, leaders are able to log appointments for recruits with the ability to add details, notes, and add file attachments to the appointment. you are only able to log appointments that have either occurred on the present day or in the past.
There are two ways to log an appointment:
- The first time you move a Recruit card to the Appointment Held stage, a model will appear where you can enter in the appointment details
- Go to the recruit card and log the appointment manually
To log an appointment for a recruit:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials
2. Click CommandMC at the top of the page.
3. Click to access the Recruits Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. Find and select the recruit you want to log an appointment for, either in the Recruit Pipeline or Recruit Management Database.

5. Once in the Recruit card, click the Appointments tab, at the top of the page.

6. At the top right of this page, click + New Appointment.
7. (Required) Click in the Conducted By field and select the leader who met with the recruit.
8. (Required) Click in the Appointment Type field and select the reason for the appointment. The options available are:
- Needs Analysis
- KPA Validation
- Value Proposition Presentation
- Tech Conversation
- Profit
- People
- Wealth Building
- Indie
- Expansion
9. (Required) Click in the Date Conducted field and use the calendar widget to select the date of the appointment.
- You can also select a date in the past or day of. The system will not allow you to add a date in the future.
10. (Optional) In the Notes section, enter any notes about the appointment that you want your leadership to see.
- Keep an eye on the character count limit, which is 1200 characters.
11. Finally, if you have any use the Attachments field to add any file attachments to the appointment. Either drag & drop the files, or click to browse your device.
- There is no file size or file type limit for adding an attachment to the appointment details, although the bigger the file is the longer it will take to be uploaded.
12. Click Save, at the bottom right of the form.
