Every year, your leadership team will need to pull a list of VR associates for the Annual Renewal Fee process. You can now easily do this in the CommandMC Reports. It is a best practice to keep your VR associates up-to-date with good contact information, and this is the best place to keep track of everything.
To find Vested Retired (VR) associates in CommandMC:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click CommandMC.
3. Click to access the Reports Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. Use the search (you also can switch between List and Card views) to find and select the Associate Roster Card.
- If there is a report you want quick access to in the future, click the Favorite icon,
, at the top left of the card to keep it at the top of the list.
5. On the right side of the page, use the Status filter to only select VR, then click Apply.
6. You will then see a list of Vested Retired (VR) associates, along with their original start dates and previous email address (former KW Communications Email from their KW Profile). If you need to download/print the list, click Download at the top right of the page.
7. In the Select Format section, you will see several options, make your select and click Download:
-
- CSV - creates a spreadsheet of the data, there is no difference between this option and the CSV option as far as the appearance of the data is concerned.
- Excel - creates a spreadsheet of the data, there is no difference between this option and the CSV option as far as the appearance of the data is concerned.
-
PDF - creates a PDF of the report, in either Portrait or Landscape view. The Portrait view downloads as it is displayed at around 100% zoom on a laptop, capturing all of the fields included. A good general rule is to view the report on a standard laptop screen. If any columns are cut off on the right of the report, you might want to use the Landscape view.
-
- When I downloaded as PDF, if didn't cut off any of the data, but confirm this is the case on your end.
-
- PNG Snapshot - creates an image of the exact view you are looking at. Using this option, you can scroll to a specific section, in a large report, to get an image of that exact spot in the report.
