When you are editing and customizing your Recruiting Pipeline stages, you are setting up the checklist templates that will apply to every recruit that you to the system. However, you might come across a situation where you need to add a checklist item, that is not your normal workflow, to a specific recruit. CommandMC gives you the ability to add these one-off checklist items to a recruit card, where they will be included in the checklist you are going to submit.
To add a one-off checklist task in a recruit card:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click CommandMC.
3. Click the Recruits icon, ,on the left sidebar.
4. Select the Phase where the recruit is located.
5. Find the recruit you want to manage and click the checklist button, at bottom right of the recruit card.
Add a One-Off Task
1. At the top right of the page, click Create Task.
2. Enter the Task Name.
3. Ignore the Linked To section, as this is for one specific recruit in the Pipeline. You will see the current Recruit Phase and Stage populated in the drop-downs, you can use them to select a future Phase/Stage if you know you will need to do something special in the future.
4. Select the Task Type.
- The big difference between an "Other" task and a Call/Text task happens when you mark the task as complete. When you mark a Call/Text task as complete, the system will bring up a modal (learn more about managing tasks in Command) that allows you to enter notes about the call/text, and the system will automatically log the call as an activity on the associated contact's Contact Record.
5. Enter a Description and you can add a Hyperlink for reference when completing the task.
6. Select a Priority Level, to let you and others know how important the task is for prioritization purposes.
7. In the Repeat field, choose if you want this task to repeat using a few options:
- Daily - the task will repeat every day
- Weekly - the task will repeat weekly, on the day of the week you are creating this task (Weekly on Friday)
- Monthly - the task will repeat monthly, on the day of the month you are creating this task (Monthly on the third Friday)
- Yearly - the task will repeat once per year, on the exact date you are creating this task (Yearly on April 11th)
- Custom - this option gives you flexibility to set the repeat based on type of repeat (day, week, month, year), day of repeat, and gives you the ability to set a custom ending setting (never, specific date, number of occurrences)
7. Finally, select any number of Task Assignees. You will see you and the Recruit Assignee separate in the drop-down, for ease of selection.
8. Click Create, at the bottom right of the modal.
You can also come back and change the name of the checklist item, change the order of the item, and also mark it as complete when the item/task has been done.
