When looking at which leaders gets access to the various tools in CommandMC, there are two considerations to keep in mind:
1. First, we have launched a new Permissions Tool where the OP and MCA of your Market Center can set customized Access Levels for most of the Administration Applet, and Activity Reports:
- Office Details in the Admin Applet
- Reports Applet
- Transactions Applet

2. Access to the rest of CommandMC are based on the roles a leader has:
- Sponsorship Management (Admin Applet)
- Team Management (Admin Applet)
- Compliance Applet
- Opportunities Applet
- Recruits Applet
- Associates Applet
- Sites Applet
- SmartPlans Applet

Customize Access for a Leader (MCA or OP Only)
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click CommandMC at the top of the page.
3. Click the Administration icon, , on the left side of the page.
4. On the left side of the page, open the Permissions section and select Staff.
5. Either click on the name of an individual leader, or use the checkboxes to select multiple leaders and click Change Access Levels, at the bottom right of the page.

You will not be able to customize Access Levels for the OP or MCA of your Market Center. Leaders with those roles are automatically set to Unlimited permissions, and that access cannot be changed. |
6. On the left side of the page, select the Applet you want to manage permissions for.
7. For the easiest management, you will see a Select Access Level drop-down where you can set the global Access Level for the leader(s). Each Access Level give various levels of permissions, depending on the Applet and specific functionality. The Access Levels you can choose from are:
- No Access
- Standard
- Enhanced
- Unlimited
8. For more flexibility, functionality within each Applet is broken up into groupings. You have the ability to scroll through the list, view what each Access Level gives access to, and set separate Access Level for each individual grouping.
There is no save button, changes to Access Levels are applied in real time as they are edited.
Role Access in CommandMC
The roles someone has on their KW Associate Profile determines what a leader can access in the rest of CommandMC. If a leader doesn't have access to one of the CommandMC Applets below, they will need to reach out to their Market Center leadership and have them add a role to their profile that will give access:
