	DAILY VALUE CONVERSATIONS Engage associates in conversations about their businesses. Communicate a piece of value with your associates.	Value Tools
	ENTER & CLOSE TRANSACTIONAL DATA Create/Validate Listings in KWLS Written Contracts - review the MLS to see how many of your agent’s properties have gone pending. Also notice the number of agent contracts that have fallen off, and why. Is there a training opportunity the Market Center needs to leverage to help the agents? 	ENTER NEW ASSOCIATES See Best Practices for Market Center Leadership to Onboard Associates to ensure proper entry into CommandMC and AccountEdge. 	PREPARE FOR BACKUP Every night schedule a full backup of your computer’s hard drive and store in three different places. Every morning review the backup log and confirm backup completion.
