When a deal falls through, the agent doesn't need to archive the Opportunity and create a new one. In Opportunities, each Commission Request is tied to an Offer, and agents can change response on offers, delete offers, edit offers, and more. If the deal falls through after the agent has submitted a Commission Request, the have the ability to submit a Commission Termination Request, which a leader can find using filters, review, and ultimately terminate the Commission Request. This frees the agent up to create new offers and continue the process.

To terminate a Commission Request in CommandMC:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click CommandMC.
3. Click to access the Transactions Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. To easily find the termination request, click Filter, at the top of the page, then open the Status category, select Termination Requested, then click Apply.
- You can also terminate a Transaction that a leader has manually created on behalf of an agent (though it wouldn't have the Termination Requested status to filter by).
5. Click on the ID Number on the left side to enter the transaction.
6. At the bottom right of the page, click Change Status, then select Terminated.
7. A confirmation will appear requesting the reason for the termination. Select the appropriate reason, then click Yes, Terminate.
- If you select "Other", the system will provide a space to enter the reason (255 character limit).
If this is a Transaction that a leader has manually created on behalf of an agent, you will see an option to reactivate the Transaction (if it is still the same period as when the Transaction was terminated).
