When reviewing submitted Commission Requests (or manually created Transactions), you can see all of the details, make key edits, denote payments and disbursements, receive and send notes with the agent, and ultimately either approve or return the Commission Request. To find a specific Transaction or Commission Request, you can use the search or filters to find exactly what you are looking for:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click CommandMC.
3. Click to access the Transactions Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. Ensure you are on the Transactions tab, which you will land on by default when accessing the Applet.
Search
1. At the top left of the page, you can use the search to find a specific Commission Request/Transaction. To the left of the search bar, use the drop-down to select the criteria you want to search by:
- ID - this searches for the Transaction ID. Each Transaction/Commission Request has a unique Transaction ID.
- Address - this searches for the address associated with the Transaction/Commission Request. When using this criteria
- Client Name - this searches for the names of either the buyer or seller (and co-buyer/co-seller).
Filters
1. At the top right, you'll see a few Status Quick Filters you can use to quickly see a list of Transactions that are Terminated, Approved, or Closed.
2. For more detailed filters, click Filter, next to the search bar.
3. In the Filters drawer, on the right side of the page, select any number of filters:
- Status - select any number of Transaction Statuses to filter by.
- Representation Side - select Listing, Buyer, and/or Both (Agents can't select the "Both" option when submitting a Commission Request, but you can create dual agency Transactions in CommandMC).
- Property Type - select Residential, Commercial, and/or Land.
- Transaction Type - select Sale, Lease, Referral Received, Adjustment, and/or Company Currency Transfer.
- Date - filter using a date range for Written Period and/or Closed Period. You will manually type the date ranges using a MM/YYYY format.
4. Once you set your filters, click Apply, at the bottom of the Filters drawer.
5. Once you are done using the currently selected filters, you can either click the Filters button to change the selection, or click Clear Filters to reset.
