When an agent submits a Commission Request, or when a leader creates a Transaction, you have the ability to make changes until it is finally closed.
- If the Transaction is closed, you might still be able to edit it, if it is in the same period as when it was closed. In this case, we have an article that talks more about editing a closed Transaction in the current period.
- If it was closed in a prior period, you will have to create an Adjustment Transaction.
To edit a non-closed Transaction or Commission Request in CommandMC:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click CommandMC.
3. Click to access the Transactions Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. Find and select the non-closed Transaction, and click on it's Transaction ID.
- If the Transaction is closed, you might still be able to edit it, if it is in the same period as when it was closed. In this case, we have an article that talks more about editing a closed Transaction in the current period.
- If it was closed in a prior period, you will have to create an Adjustment Transaction.
5. At the top right of the page, click the Edit icon, .
- When you click to edit an Approved Transaction, it will immediately change to the Open status. Once you go all the way through the Transactions screens and finally save the Transaction, it will become Approved.
6. Now you will be able to go through the various Transactions screens, where you can make your edits and save the Transaction on the final screen. Use the articles below to learn about each of the fields in the Transaction workflow:
