When an agent's client has accepted an offer, the agent can then submit a Commission Request (these are called Transactions on the CommandMC side) for the Opportunity. The Commission Request (Transaction) will include all of the details of the transaction, including general financials, referral fees, deductions, bonuses, agent payment details, and more.
When reviewing submitted Commission Requests, you can see all of the details, make key edits, denote payments and disbursements, receive and send notes with the agent, and ultimately either approve or return the Commission Request.
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click CommandMC.
3. Click to access the Transactions Applet, , on the left side of the page.
4. At the top of the list, click Filter, select both Submitted and Resubmitted, then click Apply.
5. Now you will only see Commission Requests that need action taken on them. Click the Transaction ID to start reviewing.
6. On the left side of the screen, you will see property details, key dates, an overview of high level price/units, and the clients involved. Here, you have the ability to edit the Contract or Closed Date, though when you finally close the Transaction, the Closed Date will not be able to be in the future.
7. On the Commissions tab, you will see all of the high-level details around the Transaction, including units, transaction side, total commission, concessions, bonuses, referrals, Royalty, Company Dollar, and other deductions. This won't show you details around things like bonuses, more of a summary.
- For more information about the capping information, for the agents involved, click Cap Details, under any agent name, and view their Anniversary Date, Cap Limits, Cap Actuals (paid in already), and the remaining Cap Balance.
8. On the Financials tab, you get a more details view into specifics around specific disbursements. You will see specifically who will get paid out, and later in the Transaction, you will be able to log checks received and the actual disbursements you make.
9. On the Notes tab, you will see any notes either your leadership team or the agent has added through the Transaction/Commission Request process. On existing notes, you can edit or delete the messages, and you have the ability to add new notes, at the top right of the screen.
10. On the Transaction Parties tab, you will see all of the transaction vendors either your leadership team or the agent has associated with the Transaction. This list is pulled from the Vendors database your Market Center has been building, and that agents use to associate with the Opportunity.
Here, you can add new vendors (use the drop-down to select the type, then search for the vendor), remove added vendors, and enter file numbers (if your MC tracks that).

As you review the details, you can click the Edit icon, |
11. Once you have reviewed the information, click Change Status, at the bottom right of the page, and select either Approved or Returned, depending on what has been submitted.
- If Approved, the Transaction will be in the Approved status (agent will receive a notification) and will be ready for closing, once the time comes.
- If Returned, the agent will be notified and will need to make changes and resubmit. It is recommended to use the Notes tab to let the agent know what needs to be fixed.
- You can also select Terminate, but that will force the agent to recreate the offer and resubmit the Commission Request.
