Transaction Statuses

When an agent's client has accepted an offer, the agent can then submit a Commission Request (these are called Transactions on the CommandMC side) for the Opportunity. The Commission Request (Transaction) will include all of the details of the transaction, including general financials, referral fees, deductions, bonuses, agent payment details, and more. In addition, you have the ability to create Transactions directly in CommandMC, without the agent submitting a Commission Request.

When reviewing submitted Commission Requests, or manually created Transactions, there are some key statuses that will let you know where the Transaction is at in the process, and which Transactions need action taken on them:

Access

1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.

2. At the top of the page, click CommandMC.

3. Click to access the Transactions Applet, , on the left side of the page.

4. Ensure you are on the Transactions tab, which you will land on by default when accessing the Applet.

Transaction Statuses

Within the Transactions tab, you will see the Transaction Status column, which gives you a good view of which transactions need action taken on them and which have already been handled. These statuses include:

• Open - either the agent has accepted an offer and their Commission Request has been generated (though not submitted), or the MCA has created a draft Transaction (Save Progress & Close) without completing.
• Changed - a Commission Request was submitted and returned, the agent has started making edits, but has not resubmitted yet.
• Submitted - (Action Required) the agent has submitted the Commission Request for an Opportunity and it is ready for review.
• Resubmitted - (Action Required) the agent previously submitted a Commission Request, but it was returned. Now the agent has made edits, has resubmitted, and it is ready for review.
• Approved - Either the agent submitted a Commission Request and it was reviewed/approved, or the MCA has fully created and saved (Save Transaction).
• Returned - the agent has submitted/resubmitted the Commission Request, but the MCA rejected the submitted details and has returned to the agent to make edits.
• Closed - The MCA has completed checks and balances, everything is paid out, and has fully closed the Transaction.
• Termination Requested - (Action Required) the Commission Request has been submitted (and maybe approved), but the deal has fallen through and the agent has requested termination. Once termination has been requested, there is no way to reject the termination. The agent can start creating new offers, but for listing Opportunities, will not be able to accept a new offer until this one has been fully terminated.
• Terminated - The deal has fallen through and the Transaction has been terminated.
