How to Resolve, "Error adding recruit! Recruit already exists in MC database"

If you are seeing the message, "Error adding recruit! Recruit already exists in MC database," when adding a recruit, it means there is already a pre-existing recruit card and they must be onboarded using that same card.

Here's how to locate the existing recruit card:

1. Log into CommandMC
2. Click the Recruits applet
3. Click the Recruit Management tab
4. Click the Filters button
5. Under the Pipeline Status section, search for the recruit using either of these filters: Not In Pipeline or Archived. See the screenshot below for reference: 

Once the recruit card has been located:

1. Click the three dots to the right of their name on the list
2. Click Add To Pipeline and proceed from there
